If you are not satisfied with the item you received and want to return it, you can file a claim for compensation with the following procedure.
WithinĀ 30 days ofĀ receivingĀ theĀ productĀ contactĀ usĀ withĀ aĀ photoĀ orĀ videoĀ explaining theĀ issueĀ andĀ whetherĀ youĀ wantĀ aĀ refundĀ orĀ replacement.And you need to send back the items withinĀ 30 days after receivingĀ theĀ product.(We assume that the time when you receive the items is the time when the logistics track delivery).
