It does not allow to return if the label on the clothings is cutted off.

If you are not satisfied with the item you received and want to return it, you can file a claim for compensation with the following procedure.
Withinย 30 days ofย receivingย theย productย contactย usย withย aย photoย orย videoย explaining theย issueย andย whetherย youย wantย aย refundย orย replacement.And you need to send back the items withinย 30 days after receivingย theย product.(We assume that the time when you receive the items is the time when the logistics track delivery).

If Approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product.
