- Lay Flat to Dry in Shade: Lay the dress flat on a clean towel in a shaded area to air dry, maintaining the fabric’s stretch and preventing stretching or fading.
- Steam Gently on Low Heat: Use a low-heat steamer with a pressing cloth to smooth wrinkles, taking care not to apply direct heat to the mesh to avoid damage.
- Store Hanging in a Breathable Garment Bag: Hang the dress in a cool, dry place to prevent creasing, and store in a breathable bag to protect the delicate mesh from snags and dust.

Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.
For hygiene reasons and for your protection, we do not accept returns on the following items：
Bikini
Swimwear/Swimsuit
Underwear
Some ACC(eg：earrings / stockings / Body piercing ect. )
It does not allow to return if the label on the clothings is cutted off.
30 DAY PRODUCT GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with the item you received and want to return it, you can file a claim for compensation with the following procedure.
Within 30 days of receiving the product contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.And you need to send back the items within 30 days after receiving the product.(We assume that the time when you receive the items is the time when the logistics track delivery).
We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
If Approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product.
After receiving the returned item and checking that it do not affect secondary sales, we will refund (the shipping costs except).
If a defective/incorrect item is received, our responsibility is to replace the item with a new/correct one.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. And we do not pay tax on returns.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
